15+ years of  experience leading people programs across distributed both US and global teams structures. 

I excel at scaling people programs for growth regardless if its 2x or 10x. Progress is making incremental change and I am passionate about building programs that gradually evolving the process while ensure positive impact to people. I love solving complex problems with solutions that put people first and while allowing companies flexibility to repeat the outcomes in a consistent manner. 

Current I am a fractional HR leader through PeopleFunction and independently through my own company TBC Advisors based in New York where I have helped:

• Refine the Mission and Vision to align more closely with company values. 
• Bridging policies with realistic application through people program design 
• Redesign company wide perks and benefits while keeping OpEx within budgets
• Build or evolve people programs that both optimize for time and lean teams using AI and Zap automations! 
  

Prior to to this, I was full time at Better where I scaled our People Operations team and worked on People Strategy.  I began my career at JP Morgan and have spent time both in the Investment Banking and Retail spaces as a HR Business Partner. I am a proud of alumna of Wesleyan University.  

Outside of work, I hold another title, mom where I am more fondly known as healer of all wounds, settlers of disputes and instigator of all weekend fun.
