Chayanee began a career in financial services at JPMorgan, where a strong foundation in business operations, stakeholder management, and organizational effectiveness was established. Chayanee later transitioned to start ups and VC backed firms where she was able to combine business acumen with a deep commitment to building high-performing teams and exceptional employee experiences.

Most recently, Chayanee played a key leadership role at MikMak, helping the company scale through significant growth and a successful exit. With experience leading global and distributed teams, Chayanee brings deep expertise in organizational design, international workforce strategy, talent management, leadership coaching, operational excellence, and change management.

As the Founder of PIVOTAL Shifts, Chayanee partners with growth-stage and founder-led companies as a Fractional Chief People Officer, strategic advisor, and AI enablement consultant. Pivotal Shift helps organizations strengthen leadership, optimize workforce operations, implement scalable people strategies, build global teams, and responsibly adopt AI to improve productivity and employee experience.
